Merino wool is ideal for first layers designed for low temperatures. Its ability to absorb water enables it to wick perspiration away from the skin at full speed, ensuring comfort and stability of body temperature. It is also a highly insulating material, even when wet, althoughelle may take some time to dry.Synthetic fibers are strong, resistant, lightweight and hold their shape well. They also dry extremely quickly.
