Separate Barbell Stands are easier to store and help save space when not in use, independent Stands also allow infinite width adjustments while remaining extremely stable. They are height adjustable from 106 to 170 cm so you can easily find the position that feels most comfortable for you. Designed with adjustable safety spotter arms the stands are suitable for performing Squats, Curls, Upright Rows, Shrugs, Calf Raises, Flat/Incline/Decline Bench Presses and more in safety.Featuring a total of 16 height adjustments and 6 bench press height adjustments which can also be uses as safety spotter arms. Each stand has been designed around the central support with double triangular steel reinforcements which add strength and stability.
